Frequently asked questions

Do I need to download a new app?

No. Snag Assistant works entirely through Telegram. There is nothing to install — just start a chat with the bot and you are ready to go.

Does the admin count as one of my users?

Yes. The admin is included in the total user count and can also carry out inspections. On the Starter plan you get 1 admin plus 1 inspector.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel any time from your dashboard or by emailing support@snagassistant.com. No cancellation fees.

What currencies do you accept?

South African customers are billed in ZAR via PayFast. International customers are billed in USD via Paddle, which accepts all major cards, PayPal, and many local payment methods.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date.
